FROZEN SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Perishables & Frozen Items:

When shipping perishable or frozen items, we pack the food along with dry ice to ensure that it stays cold. We guarantee that frozen items will stay cold in our boxes for 48 hours. Chances are that it will stay cold for at least three days or more, however being that there are a lot of variables such as amount of food being shipped, temperature outside, etc., we cannot guarantee this for more than 48 hours.

If you are shipping perishables, we do recommend you use an express method of shipping. However, there are many instances where the food will still be cold if shipped by ground. We CANNOT guarantee this, and do not take responsibility for the freshness of the food if you choose to ship your order with standard.
